Step 1: Register

Register and pay the required lab fee on our website. You will be able to access your results on your secure portal after the lab publishes your test results

Step 2: Collection

Collect your hair sample from either the head or body. If you're collecting from the head, cut as close to the root as possible. Your hair sample should be about 90-120 strands of hair, about the width of a pencil, and 1.5" inches in length.

Step 3: Mail

Place your hair sample in the provided prepaid mailer box and drop off at your local post office or blue mail box.

Step 4: Results

You will be notified by email that your results are ready to review and download in your online portal. Results are expected to be made available within 3-9 business days.
